Deep Remediation, Flexibility, Full File Usability
YazamTech was built around CDR as a core capability, not as an added feature. Every file is treated as untrusted until it is analyzed, remediated and reconstructed to a known-good structural standard, preserving legitimate content, format and usability.
Files are analyzed and rebuilt using dedicated CDR logic, not simply scanned for known threats. YazamTech relies primarily on its own processing logic without depending on external tools and supports 240 file types, including niche formats, archive types, complex documents and many password-protected formats.
Rather than patching or blocking specific threats, YazamTech rebuilds each file from the ground up to a known-good structural standard. The process is designed to preserve the file's legitimate content, original format, functionality, metadata and overall usability.
Security policies can be defined by user roles, groups, departments and risk levels. This allows each organization to apply the right level of protection according to its operational needs, while minimizing disruption to users.
YazamTech supports flexible deployment models and policy control, including an isolated CDR engine for classified or OT networks, a cloud CDR engine for SaaS or private-cloud environments, hybrid deployment and parallel CDR engines for load balancing and redundancy.
A file from one family may also appear as a nested object within another file. Potentially malicious objects, such as macros, scripts, ActiveX controls, OLE objects, attachments and other embedded content, are recursively routed to their designated family filters and processed accordingly.
YazamTech is built for high-volume file processing with low latency, supporting demanding enterprise environments without disrupting daily work. It makes efficient use of available hardware cores, does not require high-end hardware and uses a licensing model that is independent of the number of cores.
Password-protected PDF, Microsoft Office and archive files are accessed and processed using passwords provided to the system, including nested protected files with different passwords at each level. After filtering, each file is returned password-protected with its original password. For digitally signed files, the original signature is validated before active filtering; the original signed file is retained, while filtering is performed on a copy.
Detailed logs show intact, blocked, removed and remediated objects, as well as modified or reconstructed components and the actions taken. These records support security audits and forensic investigations. Significant findings can be sent to administrators by email and to SIEM/SOC systems via Syslog, with reports generated on demand or scheduled periodically.
CDR should be applied at every point where content enters the network. YazamTech provides a dedicated solution for each entry point, deployable independently or as a unified security layer:
